Chapter Competitions

Technical Publications Competition:
Delivering Entries

Please read the Deadline for Entries for the Technical Publication Competition in Dates and Locations. All entries must be registered and received by this deadline.

If you pay by check, your entry fee must be postmarked by this deadline. See Entry Fees for more information.

Three copies of each entry are required. Documentation sets will not be accepted; you must submit each item separately. Tear sheets must be bound in some way; unbound, stapled, or single sheets will not be accepted.

Important: If you are submitting a magazine, newsletter, or journal entry, you must submit three consecutive issues as a single entry (send 3 duplicate sets).

Mailing your entry

After you complete your online registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation message with a text attachment. Please print three copies of this attachment and tape one copy of the attachment to each copy of your entry.

Important: Be sure to use the attachment and not the e-mail message itself. Judges will receive this document, and it is important that it does not display your name or other information about you.
